Side-By-Side Comparison of Plan Features

In 2009 we tested and promoted  a bare bones $95 MLS Entry-Only Plan for those people whose only goal is to reach agents in their local multiple listing service, and who were not trying to get buyers to contact them directly.  We discontinued that plan because we found that there was very little demand for it.  95% of sellers chose our traditonal plan during the test period, and the 5% who chose MLS Entry Only generally found it insufficient for their needs and expectations.  Here is a side by side table comparing the MLS4owners Method you will get to the MLS Entry Only plan we tested.  It may be useful in comparing the MLS4owners Method with the ultra-cheap options other companies might try to sell you.
