NWMLS and Local Multiple Listing Services
MLS4owners.com is a broker/member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS), and the multiple listing services of Spokane, Tri-Cities, Yakima, North Central Washington (NCWAR) and Southwest Washington (RMLS). Most of our customers live in the NWMLS service area. If you live in a county that is not in the NWMLS primary service area where we have membership in a local MLS, your listing will be entered into that MLS*. If you would like a duplicate listing in both your local MLS and the NWMLS, you can add the second listing for $100.

We are members of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS). In Clallam County there are presently two multiple listing services, including the Olympic Listing Service, and we are told about a third of agents do not join the NWMLS, which is dominant in most parts of Western Washington. Most larger sites (such as Windermere, John L Scott, ColdwellBankerBain and Realtor.com) include our listings. Some local sites will not, if they are pulling data only from the Olympic Listing Service. If you would like more information on listing in Clallam county, please email us.
