2001-2002 16 MONTH STUDY

Not a day goes by without a "full service" real estate agent trying to convince a seller to stay away from our program. We're flattered about all the concern, but you should know the truth.  We researched our customers' results between April 1, 2001 and July 22, 2002 (based on company records, county assessor records and NWMLS statistics).

Fact:  During the period of study, 130 customers (71%) sold their home or have a pending sale.  54 customers converted to a "full service" agent, but only 4 of those sold at or above the MLS4owners listing price.  The others have been unable to sell or had to lower their price.

Fact:  Over those sixteen months our customers closed sales worth over $23 million and saved over $1,000,000 in commissions (compared to a 6% listing), and 70% of those sellers were on the market less than 60 days.  On average they sold at 99% of their listing price at the time of the sale.

We like those results, and here is the bottom line - If you are priced appropriately for your condition and location, you will sell your home with the help of the exposure provided by MLS4owners.com.  So don't let the naysayers get you down.  The next time someone tells you it won't work, just show them the facts!

Interested in more details of our 16-month study?  OK, some of it is dry and boring, but we know homesellers are tired of puffing and appreciate learning the facts.
