Our customers  never pay a listing commission or a selling commission to MLS4owners.com, which gives them more negotiating room in a competitive market.  Our system is designed to encourage buyers to contact sellers directly, and we have no agents in our company competing with you to sell your home. That's why many of our sellers pay ZERO in commissions.  The other 75% also save substantially by avoiding paying a commission to a listing agent.
