For a flat fee of $595 we place your property for up to one year in the local broker multiple listing service (the same database that REALTORS® use) and over 100 local broker and news websites. From border to border and Grays Harbor to Spokane, we serve most of Washington through our memberships in the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, RMLS, North Central Washington MLS, Yakima MLS and Spokane MLS. We provide more market exposure than some full service traditional brokerages.
SYNDICATION TO MORE WEBSITES
When we place your property into the Northwest Multiple Listing Service database, it becomes immediately viewable to agents. From there it flows out to more than 100 websites that display MLS listings, including local brokerages and local and national real estate websites. With our technology partners we are able to syndicate your listing to more websites. Where else can you find this kind of exposure?

Realtor.com designs their system to draw traffic from Google, Facebook, Yahoo, MSN, AOL, Bing, Comcast, Craigslist and Ask through URL typed traffic, natural search results and partnerships with other sites (all trademarks are property of their respective owners). With over 5 million unique visitors each month, Realtor.com is the most visited real estate site on the internet. To increase the exposure of MLS4owners.com listings, we have purchased Showcase status for our sellers' listings.
A basic listing on Realtor.com includes only 4 photo and basic home facts. All MLS4owners.com listings have Showcase status, which means that your listing includes the following features:
SIGNS
In most markets we have sign vendors that will come out and dig a hole, place a professional sign post and flyer box. Some of our competitors will only send you their sign in the mail, leaving you to dig your own hole and find your own sign post. This is all part of our system to get the buyers directly to you. In addition, our sign does not have our phone number on it. You can use your phone number or any other contact information you wish so buyers can reach you directly.
