» We have no in-house agents or salespeople competing with you to earn a commission.  If a prospective buyer calls us, we refer them to you instead of representing them.  Many companies encourage buyers to call them first, with cashback rebates or mortgage incentives. 

» MLS4owners.com enables you to choose the commission you offer the buyer’s agent.  Many companies dictate the amount you will offer because they are trying to earn that commission.

Discount brokers are traditional brokerages.  They represent buyers and sellers and collect commissions regardless of how the home sells, often at a rate lower than charged by traditional full service brokerages.
