If you are not working with a buyer's agent

Feel free to call our customers directly.  Their contact information appears on our website.  If the listing is too new to show the contact information, give us a call or an email and we will provide the contact information.  Our sellers never pay us a commission, even if you call us first.

We can provide sample real estate contracts to our customers. We strongly recommend that an attorney review any real estate contract, as no real estate broker or agent can provide legal advice. 

If you are working with a buyer's agent

Your agent may contact the seller directly, as we are not a party to the real estate transaction and do not represent the seller in negotiations.

Every seller has agreed to pay a commission to your agent’s broker at the time the home sells, and the amount of that commission is disclosed to agents in the MLS database.

If you have signed a buyer agency agreement, that agreement may give the agent an exclusive right to negotiate on your behalf for any house listed in the multiple listing service.  All homes advertised by MLS4owners.com are probably covered by your agreement, and you should ask your agent to contact the seller.
