Our customers sell their homes fast and for over 98% of their asking price. They never pay a listing commission or a selling commission to MLS4owners.com. Our system is designed to encourage buyers to contact sellers directly, and we have no agents in our company competing with you to sell your home. That's why many of our sellers pay ZERO in commissions.
Periodically we do statistical studies to see how our customers are doing, showing our customers' results in more detail than you will likely find from any other real estate company.
