MLS4owners.com offers complimentary forms and agreements for its customers.  We do not represent their suitability for any specific purpose.  The format in which the form is available is indicated below.  If you are unable to open a form, we can fax a copy.

Type of Form	Description	Free Download
"Link"	These forms open in your web browser.  You do not need any special software.
"PDF"	These forms open in Acrobat format.  Most computers have Acrobat already installed.  If you need a copy, Adobe Viewer is available for free download.
"Viewer"	These forms open with a Windows-compatible viewer program that is useful for entering, editing, saving and emailing data.	Download Viewer

*Here are some tips for using the Listing Input Sheets for Condominium, Vacant Land and Multi Family properties:
(1) The required fields are in a red font. Please fill in all of these fields.
(2) There are several fields that MLS4owners.com can fill in for you. Please skip the following fields:
- Listing Office ID #
- LAG
- Co Listing Office ID
- Area
- Map Book & Pages
- Confidential Agent-Only Remarks
- Possession
(4) If there are any other fields you are unsure about, you can skip them or ask us for more information
(5) Once your Listing Input Sheet is complete, save it to your computer and send it back to us as an email attachment.
