EXPOSURE:            Your advertisement investment exposes your home to every real estate professional in your neighborhood as well as all 14,000 members of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS).  You also reach buyers in your neighborhood and throughout the world when your home is advertised on over 100 real estate websites, including the major real estate brokerages in your city, as well as national sites inicluding Realtor.com, AOL, Yahoo, MSN and others.  Many of these websites allow buyers to be notified by e-mail of new listings every day – a buyer may be looking for a home like yours right now!
